    We offer 24/7 security surveillance cameras and gated keypad access
  • WHEN ARE RENTAL PAYMENTS DUE?
    The rental due date is the first day of the month. A late fee is enforced if payments are not received by the 6th day of the month. The easiest way to get your payment to us quickly is through your online account.
  • WHERE IS MURPHY'S SELF STORAGE LOCATED?
    We have one storage location in the North Franklin, CT area. 25 Murphy Road, Franklin, CT 06254
  • WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS?
    Office Hours Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm Sat: 9:00am - 12:00pm Sun: Closed
  • IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
    Yes, you are required to have tenant insurance to protect your items. You can use your own insurance or our properties provided insurance when booking a unit.
  • HOW DO I PAY MY STORAGE BILL?
    Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card in our payment portal. Please contact the office at 860-783-6040 if you would like to be set up for autopay for your convienence.
  • WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY BELONGINGS?
    Access your belongings 7 days a week 24/7
  • DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN LOCK?
    Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your unit. Please check with the office to see if we have any available for purchase.
  • AM I REQUIRED TO STORE LONG-TERM?
    Tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
